Snacks

I am a snacker through and through. The beauty of snacks is that they can be anything you like. For me, my favorite snack recipes are granola-centric like this apple granola or my coconut peanut granola bars (my substitute for store-bought stuff). I also love these quinoa date energy balls, the aromatic coconut apricot puffed rice bars or the ever-satisfying cinnamon roasted almonds.
