Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste to see if you want more dates or liquids. Blend once more if needed, then divide smoothie between two glasses and serve.

You can also sneak in some spinach for extra nutrients! The beets and berries will hide it, so you won't even know it's there!If you can't find chia seeds in your grocery store, Amazon has a nice selection. The same goes for hemp hearts, and basically all the superfoods!
