1tablespoonhoneyor maple syrup
1teaspooncocoa powder
1/4teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Put oats in a blender and blend on maximum speed until they turn into powder. Pour in milk, then top with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Taste to see if you want more honey, cinnamon or other ingredients. Enjoy right away.
Notes
To make this vegan use plant based milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
