Sparkly clementine pomegranate cocktail

Sparkly clementine pomegranate cocktail is a pretty, festive, light cocktail great for winter gatherings.

A fruity cocktail, great for the holidays!


  • juice of 8 clementines
  • juice of 1 pomegranate (save a few seeds for garnish)
  • 240 ml (1 cup) blackcurrant cordial (syrup)
  • 540 ml (2 1/4 cups) Prosecco / sparkling white wine
  • 1 clementine sliced, for garnish


  1. Divide the juices and cordial equally between the 4 glasses.
  2. Pour in chilled Prosecco.
  3. Garnish the glasses (optional) and serve.


The amounts used are all approximate and you should adjust them to your taste.
You can use a different berry syrup instead of blackcurrant.
Know that the more cordial you add, the sweeter the taste, the darker the color.
