a small handful (1/4 cup) dried raspberries, crushed
100g (1 cup) rolled oats
thinly sliced nectarine
kiwi, peeled and cut into a flower
In a small bowl combine chopped nectarines and 2 tablespoons of honey. Set aside.
In a medium bowl stir together coconut milk, yogurt, vanilla, chia seeds, 1/2 coconut chips, raspberries, and oats.
Take 2 jars and spoon in 2/3 nectarines. Top with 1/2 of coconut oat mixture. Add remaining nectarines and top with remaining oats. Sprinkle with remaining coconut chips, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and store in the fridge overnight.
The next day top the oats with sliced fruit and drizzle with more honey.
